At Didi’s Dog Boutique we proudly stand behind the products that we sell. If you are dissatified with a product or if your pet is a different size, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of item receipt or delivery. You can choose to exchange the returned goods for other items or for store credit. Unfortunately, it is not our policy to give refunds. Didi cannot accept any returns after 14 days.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition to obtain full credit. We cannot accept a return on any item that has any indication that it has been used.
In the unlikely event we shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase. Please be sure to use a courier with whom you can track your packages as Didi’s Dog Boutique cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
